This HS-12L servo hydraulic extrusion blow molding machine is our high level series machine. With hydraulic servo system to save the energy and run much faster. Adopted with elbow style clamping unit, makes the clamping force more uniform. Can also be equipped with multi screws to produce multi layer products. And because of continuous type die head, adding view strip level line screw to produce bottles with level line is stable.

Product Details

HS series machine is our high level series extrusion blow molding machines. Equipped with hydraulic servo system. Save energy and with more stable running. The clamping unit adopts elbow style so that with higher and uniform clamping force. Using proportional valve control the mold open & close, and linear guide rail, the movement for the mold open & close will be more stable and fast.
This machine is suitable for producing HDPE/PP jerry cans size below 12liters. It can be also equipped with multi head die-heads to make small bottles with higher output.
The main parts of this machine are designed and manufactured by ourself. We do the independent R&D and inspection. If you have other special requirements, we can provide customized services for you.

What should I do if the product is severely deformed?

1) Correct the abnormal shape of the die properly; 2) The product is not cooled enough, and the cooling water temperature needs to be lowered, or the cycle should be appropriately extended;
